These guys are great. I've been using them for many years. Honest and trustworthy.

There's a guy in Collingswood, NJ which is not too far. I only went once when I was in that area. Seemed to know Volvos and was OK. I can't remember the name right now, or what I had done. It was on my 240 though. Anyway, it's on Haddon Ave in Collingswood, and I took the Speed Line to get my car which was good. The station is right there. Good Luck.

There's Brian Schmidt out in Quakertown (up in Bucks county). Sharp guy, specializes in volvos and benzes, but will work on other european cars. When I was a young teen, I did some work for him around the shop, and he taught me about how to identify the different volvo and benz models, as well as how to identify the different varieties of the red block motor.

Sadly, I live in western PA now, so it isn't viable to take my brick to him.
