Freebie Door Panel V70-XC70 1998

I have a really nice used driver's door trim panel that I bought for my wife's '98XC. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the wrong shade of tan and I cannot use it. Rather than have to pay return shipping, a restocking fee, etc, I want to find it a good home. If you need a driver's door panel to replace one with "bubbled" vinyl, you can have this one for the cost of shipping. The panel is Volvo p/n 9199727 and will fit 1998-2000 S/V70 models. The panel I need is p/n 9477484 if anyone has one they would like to swap let me know. This part is just gathering dust in the garage, it belongs on a nice Volvo somewhere!

Is there a web page where I can check the part number I need? My 1999 V70 has the "taupe" vinyl/fabric split interior. Could "taupe" be the color of the one you have? If it's a match, I'll be glad to cover shipping and extra. My driver's door has definitely bubbled, and the so-called kit with both front door interiors was quoted as $600. I tried to get my local dealer to go down on the price, but they claimed that is what Volvo NA charged. I looked around at the V70/S70s they had in the shop for repair, and sure enough, absolutely every one had bubbled panels. The shop manager said at this age, most owners were letting them slide into old car status, meaning they would not spend an extra dime unless it was absolutely necessary.

I believe that the interior color of my wife's car is also taupe. The panel I have is a lighter color. There is a part number sticker on the lower rear side of the panel. If you don't mind taking your panel off (not difficult at all), you can check the number and be certain the part I have is correct. I never realized that there were 2 different shades of tan until I had the new panel all cleaned up and ready to install.
