Popping Noise From Front End S80 2000

Replaced sway bar end links with new ones from FCP Groton. The popping is two or three times worse, especially going over speed bumps and turning in a downhill direction. Others have had this problem. Does anyone know what the problem is and how to solve it?

    I have similar problems about every 6 months. Solution is tightening down the nuts on the endlings (upper and lower) about 15lbs more than the recommended torque. I just did this last week again. This time I used blue lock tite. Hope it stays and the nuts don't back out again in 6 months.

    If that's not it, then check your strut spring seats.
