How to fix Cigarette Lighter/Power Socket V70-XC70 1998

Daughter stuck a penny in the cigarette lighter socket which is only used as a socket for my phone chager. Must have busted it since it doesn't work anymore. Does this need to be replaced or is this fixed with the right fuse or something?

Penny blew the fuse. Should be a spare in the fuse box. If not, they can be had at any parts store.
