Fan ballast resistor 850 1994

1994 850 glt wagon

The inside fan only works on 4(high).
Suspect is the resistor for the fan...Where is it located in this car?
And can it be fixed or needs a new one?

    It's mounted in the climate module to the left of the fan behind the glove compartment. You'll need to take the glove box out to get to it.
