Evaporative Emission System Leak Detection Pump Control Circuit/Open
Not sure what it exactly means except there's a leak and since it says "circuit open," it would have to be reading an electrical sensor. Possibly the Evap sensor/circuit on the fan shroud at the front of the car.

On pre '01's it's on the top of the fan shroud...on '01's and newer,it' down lower on the side...I believe on the driver's side...a pain to get to.
