tire recommendation?? 850 1995

I have a 1995 Volvo T-5R with 111,000 miles, and I have been using Kumho 235/40R-17 tires which I don't like. I would like to replace all 4 of them with something good, and I am considering the BFG g Force Sport and the Michelin Pilot Exalto PE2.
So, do you have a recommendation, and would switching back to the OEM size of 205/45 17 help the overall ride quality (it's a bit harsh right now with the Kumhos, my old springs and shocks?) My springs and shocks are being replaced as we speak, so that should help a little, I hope!
Thanks!

I'm using the Pilot Exaltos on my 96 850 wagon. Got them at Sears. Love 'em.

Falken zx-12 I believe they are called. They are all I use now. Inexpensive, wear good 15-20k set, and handle well.

I'm sure that someone else may have had luck with something they have tried too. But stay away from Khumos. They wear fast on the outside edges even when you are in alignment.
