Could you explain this a little better? If it won't turn on, you have an electrical problem. If you had the battery disconnected, then you need to enter the correct code to start the radio again. If you entered the wrong code, then you have to leave the radio on for 2 hours before you try to enter the code again. That means key in position one (I) for two hours without touching the radio. When it says CODE, then enter the correct code.

You must have the battery disconnected for two hours (not just the radio turned off). Then you will need the code as KlausC says. Follow instructions in the manual to enter the code.

Disconnecting the battery for 2 hours will not help your radio be ready to accept the code if it says "off" on the screen. Klaus is right. Key in position 1 for 2 hours (make sure light in the car are all off so you don't run down your battery), or you can take a 2 hour road trip. Either way, this should be done with the power on, on the radio, so that something is on the screen. With the power off on the radio, this will not work.

Thanks for the info. That was not a problem I have had. I had two other problems over the years. One, a CD stuck in the drive that it would not recognize or eject. The other was a redio that gave an error message. Both those were solved by disconnecting the battery. Computers are sure fun.
