What do I have to do to get a refund for replacing my Throttle body? V70-XC70 2001

I had my T5's TB replaced almost a year ago and Volvo has not contacted me about a refund. Do I need to do anything?

      I have a 2001 xc and Volvo just recently sent me a letter explaning how to get the refund. I filled out the paper work, but have not received a check yet. I would think you would be getting the letter shortly as long as they know your the owner.
