Hello,

Can anyone help me obtain the specification documents from ISO for OBD-II signals? I want to, as a final project in an electronics course, build a cheap OBD reader. I need ISO 9141, and ISO 15765 (CAN). I found some data that indicates almost all new cars have gone to CAN.

These specifications cost $30 or more from iso.org.

If anyone can suggest a free way to get these, I'd appreciate it.
