replacement 850 radiator doesn't fit b/c of trans line fittings? 850

Anyone run into this before. the trans line fittings on the original rad are deeper than the replacement. therefore, the trans line retainers won't clip in.

not sure if I should try to modify the depth of the hole or look for another brand rad? this brand is a ReadyRad.

Everything else is a dead ringer for the original?

Heard of this on another forum. Some aftermarket rads are not true-to-fit. The guy who posted about this had new oil lines made up that would fit. Hope this helps...or you could send this rad back and go for the Nissein at www.fcpgroton.com It should be a direct-fit.
