Radio/CD/Cas. 850 1994

I would like to replace my radio/cas. with a radio/cd/cas. Do any of you have one for sale or know of a good place to find an oem with cd?

On a related question, the volume control on my radio has become noisy.
I have used tuner cleaner on it several times. That works for a while but the noise returns. Can the volume control be replaced?

Thank you for any ideas.

If you feel rich, you can trade yours in at the dealer for about $225. They will give you a "refurbished" one with the code. I did that with my 850 and am very happy.

If you can swap for $225 at shop, go for that. The Ebay ones with black face seem to be in that range all the time. The newer grey face ones are a little less, but the black face is less common, therefore more demand.

If you're going to replace the radio, why bother with the volume control. Check eBay...here's the cheapest one I could find that fits your car:

Advert. says that the VIN number is on the radio so from there you can get the code from your dealer. Should work. 3 days left on this auction. Good luck!

I picked one up last month to put in my 94. Here's a link to erie vovo's eBay auction if the other link doesn't work out for you. They always have them and you can even call them on the phone and order it. All their parts come with a lifetime replacement warranty also which tends to ease that price...a little bit.

If you're not worried about maintaining the factory look in you car, you can get an aftermarket stereo from a place like Crutchfield (I like them cause they give you all the installation parts for free) and it would be cheaper than the $225 for a factory radio, plus the sound quality is much better.
