Just as Mark says, it has its good side, but no miracles and the old green Volvo manuals were nicer for repairs. I do like to grab parts numbers so to better communuicate with parts guys at the dealership.

That depends upon what you expect it to do for you. If you are looking for a parts manual and a half ways decent repair manual on the newer cars then you won't be disappointed. On the other hand if you are expecting to pull codes with it and do other vehicle communications with it you will be disappointed unless you have a VCT 2000 and the OBD II cable which will set you back in the area of 2k. Friggin OOOOUUUUCCCHHHHH!!!!!!!!! I have the set up in my shop and it works nicely although the search feature in the parts catalog is a joke and unless you are familiar with how Volvo sets up there system (i.e. know your group numbers) it is going to be a little on the slow go side for you.
