V70 rear door lock V70-XC70 1998

The rear passenger side electric door lock is not operating on my 98 V70. The electric actuator moves but the "connection" to the mechanical lock linkage seems to be broken. I can unlock the door by hand using the lock "knob". Any ideas or suggestions?

Funny...my 98 V70 AWD has the same problem on the same door. Did you have the A/C evaporator and emergency brake cable problems, too? hahahaha...welcome to the club!

Try this,
Get in the car and lock all doors. Next, open drivers door, all doors should
unlock. If the rear passenger door remains locked then the linkage inside is broken and you'll have to remove the interior door panel to repair it.
