S60 HARD STARTING S60 2001

I HAVE A S60 5 CYL NON TURBO, 84K. IT JUST STARTED TO HARD START. THE STARTER CRANKS HARD BUT IT TAKES A WHILE FOR THE ENGINE TO START. WHEN IT DOES THE EMISSIONS MESSAGE COMES ON, AND THE IDLE SEEMS HIGH. HAS ANYONE HAD THIS PROBLEM? ALSO, IT IS AN INTERMITTEN PROBLEM.

    Your warning light message must be diagnosed, go to an Autozone or Pepboys and get the codes read. Write them dowm, they will all be Pnnnn, then you can go to http://www.actron.com/code_lookup.php

    This site will give you a starting point, or come back here with the codes and we will decifer them.

    BTW, Uppercase signifies YELLING on the computer. Please use lower case.
