Hello All,

I still need help in locating a source for obtaining a used child booster seat for a 1999 XC. I have been advised by several junk yards that a child booster seat from any V70 or XC from 1998 to 1999 will fit. This is the child booster seat that is located in the rear passenger bench seat directly behind the front driver's and passenger seat. This booster seat is located in the center and folds into the seat back. A single leather/plastic strap holds to two parts of the seat together when you fold it up and store it away. The color code is 3960 (a light tan / beige)

I have tried without success:

Erie Vo-Vo, NY
E-Bay
Volvo Auto Dismantler (Sweden Auto Warehouse)
Buck's Used Auto Parts, Kingston, NY
Formel's Auto Recycling, Great Barrington, MA
I punched in "Used Volvo Auto Parts" on Google. I tried the several
used Volvo websites that appeared, but all failed.

Can anyone give me the name and tel. # of another source? I'm trying to bring closure to this search, so I appreciat any assistance. Thanks in advance.

    Try the following web site: http://www.getusedparts.com/Default.asp This site is looked at by junk yards nation wide for parts requests. I have gotten parts this way. Also, check Ebay. I picked up my Child Booster Seats for a 2003 V40 this way.

    You might want to contact the seller to see if this fits yours.
    And maybe they want to sell this separately from their wagon.
    The year is 1995 Turbo Wagon.

    We had the same issue, could not find it and ended up with a Fisher-Price booster (the one you buy at ToysRus for $20.00)...
