antifreeze in drivers side floor

My 2000 s80 t6 has radiator fluid (antifreeze) on the drivers side floor .. Completely saturated the floor.. What possibly could cause this?

The V70 has an issue with leaking o-rings where the heater tubes enters through the torpedo wall, dont know if S80 is affected

I'd just say it's the heater core. On the 70 series it's not really that difficult to get into that part of the lower dash to replace...not sure about the 80 series, but I would assume it's about the same. Good luck!
