FCP cabin filters

Hi,
I`m thinking that the cabin filter on my wife`s 850 wagon needs to be changed but can`t seem to find them listed on the FCP website. What category are they under?
Thanks,
Rich

FCP cabin filters

Just bought both air filters from FCP this past week and got Mann filters for both of them. I appreciate the quality of both. Lots of pleats and good materials. I'm looking to keep the big chunks out of the cabin system anyway so in my opinion it's great.

worth spending extra few $ for OEM product?

FCP also has Mahle oil filter inserts, any opinions? so far i've been using volvos, but the price is attractive for Mahle

I use a K&N...do a search on the web and you'll find a good source. I bought mine from J&A or was it A&J or AJ...I believe and it cost me about $40 with shipping. It's worth it to buy it because you can clean it, oil it and reuse it almost forever. It also allows your engine to breath a tad more, which means slightly better throttle and I've found, slightly better MPG. Good luck.

Don't know where they are located but I can tell you this, the aftermarket filters for the pollen filter suck ass. I think it might be Behr that makes the factory Volvo cabin filter but I have not been able to find a quality aftermarket replacement for them. Even my vendor bitches about it because they have a mountain of the knock off filters and no one will buy the darn things because they are so darn cheap and flimsy by comparison. So do yourself a favor and spend a little bit more money and get a factory Volvo pollen filter and you will be much happier, afterall it is only every 15K that you need one.

Buy their better carbon filter and you're okay. I either bought mine from them or off of eBay...can't recall, but it does the job and has extra filtering of odors due to the carbon deposits in the filter paper.
