Hello,
The EFI-241 code is for an EGR flow fault. Most likely, the EGR valve is coked shut and the passage in the intake is as well. Have a new EGR gasket and throttle body gasket on hand. You will need to remove the throttle body (makes access easier anyway) and then the valve itself (held in with two 8mm bolts and a large nut at the rear; don't forget to disconnect the EGR temp sensor wiring). Once removed, clean the valve thoroughly with a small screwdriver (this stuff is hard, so some scraping is required) until all of the carbon is gone. Be very gentle with the mechanism inside of the valve. Clean the passage on the underside of the intake also (it is easily done by removing the vacuum "tree" on top, then you can use that hole to run a bigger screwdriver into the EGR passage from above). Make sure that the pipe coming from the exhaust is clean also (they usually don't coke up nearly as badly as the vale and intake passage). You may end up needing to replace the valve, but I'd try cleaning it first. Let me know if you need anything else.
I hope this helps...
