'98 t5m emissions failure V70-XC70 1998

i am due at different shop on monday for obd codes po410 and po133.i have heard from "klaus "and "made in japan "on my last post.they offer good advice but i am wondering about Massachusetts emisions(perhaps all non tailpipe tests are the same)ie obd 2. i am not enjoying driving around with reject sticker and "times a waistin'"if i order the new air pump do i need all the accessories clamps gaskets etc?should i also get purge valve? i did try to find a vwv6 air pump but they seem to cost around $300 as well.any info appreciated.

P0410 is the rear O2 sensor
P0133 is the front O2 sensor

      Klaus
His initial post was about a bad air pump.

the only codes i have rec'd from inspection garage was po 410 and po 133. i think these are "generic " codes which did not come from volvo mechanic or equipment.
