Oil Leak at Oil Filter S70

oil filter gasket has "stayed up in there" and 2 filter "O" ring gaskets are over-lapping creating a leak. Either that or the new filter is missing a gasket. These are all I can think of to be the problem. Sit a pan under the filter and take it out. You'll only see about a quart of oil come out when you take the filter loose. The rest is down in the oil pan. Check out the mates surface with a flash light shining up where your screw the filter on. Also, the filter torque is at 18ft. Lbs.
