Did you look at the pvc valve (nipple) under the fuel rail?

From another post on another site I found that some of these PVC valves are in the intake hose going to the turbo near the firewall...very hard to get to. Look there first before taking the fuel rail off. Good luck!

Made in japan-thank you for your advises,I checked all the hoses again and one clamp on Y- connentor looked loose,we'll see. I'm not used to keep replacing the parts until I'm 100% sure. all my clamps are new and all suspected hoses.
two more things:do you know whats the psi spec. at intake and engine running at idle?
        I just installed used ETS body[out of 01 c70 with 15k miles]in my friends2000xc,works fine without programming[same communication code]
        Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!

wow...very surprised the ETS worked out of one car in another without programming. That's great news and I'm sure saved tons of $$. I'm not sure of the psi at idle. I would post this as a separate question [new post] here and see what others say. I don't think my copy of VADIS has that information, but I'll take a look and post back if I find something.
