S60 Steering Wheel Vibrates when Heat in on S60

Just picked up my certified 2001 S60 today and I love it! Everything works except for some reason when I went to drive home and turned the heat on high there was a loud groaning fan noise and the steering wheel was vibrating strongly, it went away if I turned the heat down to low. I had the AC on full today without this happening, so it seems to be isolated to heat only. Any ideas?

Something is wrong with the fan motor in the dash...thus the vibration. It's certified, so take it back and have it repaired or replaced under warranty. Congrats on your new Volvo!
