How to fix or touch up hub rust? S60 2005

My R has 18" Pegasus wheels and the hubs are showing rust behind them. Any product suggestions or touch up ideas??? Wheels look great but the hubs sure don't....could just try some rustoleum but It seems that I have seen a hub dressing somewhere along the line....

Best bet is to remove whatever surface rust that you can, then go over with a couple of coats of whatever color you want in either Rustoleum or HighTemp Engine Paint. After that check on it again in maybe 3 years....I did this with my 850T5 about 3 yrs ago, and it still looks good..
