1998 S70 For sale S70

I saw a super clean S70 for sale in my town. The car has 89,250 miles , traction control , and the original window sticker states that when new it listed for $35,480. What would be a fair price to pay for this car. And finaly what are the BAD areas to look for?

Is it a turbo...T5 or GLT? If not a turbo...$6500-$7500. Add $1000 for low pressure turbo and $1500 if it's high pressure turbo (T5) and in good shape. Regards, MIJ
