for your info.. 241 is EGR malfunction
232 is Lambda adjustment for 1994 and later heated oxgen sonsor (mixture too lean under part throttle) long term fuel mixture too rich in part load stage.

this is what the book said.

now about vaccum hose why don't you just replace it yourself they chip..
