You can try getting the car warm and turning the heater on full blast for a couple of minutes, then doing the same with the defroster with the heat still up.

Loof for a fog on the windshield - wipe your finger on the windshield above the defroster - then taste your finger and if it is sweet, this is antifreeze and you have a heater leak.

Is your car parked on a solid surface? - if not, a dripping leak may be soaking into the ground.
