I swapped out the "NEW" upper torque mount with a new style version
(https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/volvo-engine-torque-rod-mount-30680770) vs the open rubber insert type. Vibration really cut down, quite minimal now. I think what I hear now might be the exhaust. Will change the rubber hangers and see.
