Get a T-25 and take the cover off the IAC and vacuum tree so you can access the
Schraeder valve on the fuel rail.
Try to start it and then press the valve and see if there's a healthy
spray comes out. If there's high pressure then try the relay swap Klaus suggested. If no pressure then the problem is no fuel and if you hear the fuel pump and there's no fuel at the rail, then you have a bad fuel pump (maybe the
motor works and the impeller isn't spinning) or there's a fault with the fuel line
or filter.
The diagnosis is a little tricky since a fuel pump can make noise and NOT pump.
You really need to confirm fuel pressure at the rail.
