The codes are: fuel mix too lean, idle too high, and small leak in EVAP emmissions control.
The first 2 are related to each other, it could be a fuel pump or a cracked vacuum line. The third is probably a cracked vacuum line by the fuel tank.
If the paint looks like it has been parked in the Fla sun for 10 years without any wax, knock at least 2K off the price.
These little wagons, designed for 2 people and 1 dog, are not in demand and should be priced accordingly. If you found this at a used car dealer, ask for a Carfax. If they won't supply one, just leave the lot.
Remember, a Volvo dealer will charge $100 to inspect a car and tell you what is wrong with it - more than you ever wanted to know! But it is a good base to bargain with.
