I believe what B.B. wants to do is have 'real' daytime running lights, not headlights and taillights on at all times. He will need to have a wire attached to a relay that is activated when the ignition is switched on and separate wiring for the DRLs. A fun little project and I am waiting for a picture or two if he gets it sorted out.
