I had a very similar problem with my c70. if the switch shorts too long it will short out the rest of the system. No fuses blown, but your windows might not work until you replace the switch.

If your power mirrors fail to work, this is probably what's happened.

I was able to get mine to work briefly by manually moving the plastic slider until it stopped forcing the windows up/down.
