Read this through - I'll try to be brief:
Buy some fresh hi grade epoxy. Buy two appropriately sized (long enough to go through the grill) flat head machine screws with huge fender washers and nuts.
Clean the back of the badge (leave the double sided tape in place) and the flat head portion of the screw. Scuff both up with some emery paper. Clean 'em again. Mix the glue. Glue the screw heads to back of the badge on the two "winged" areas.
Let the glue cure overnight or more. Test position the badge on the grill. Peel back the double sided tape cover. Stick the badge on. Put the "warshers" and the nutz on and cinch 'em up a bit to squish the double sided tape.
Make any sense?
Still holding strong for a year.--
