Any B230 exhaust manifold should bolt up to the B21/B23 head. However, I don't know about the turbo bolt pattern. I know that the manifolds up through 89 are the same, if the 90 and 91 are the same also, then the entire B230 series should work. If the turbo interface is different due to the third generation turbo, then you should be able to do the job as long as you used the later style turbo with pop-off valve along with its controls (waste gate actuator and connections for the pop-off valve).
