Re: Those door speaker "fasteners"... continued.[940-960/91] posted by Goran Haijenhjelm on

Removing the door panel is actually quite easy.
On the lower end its secured with three white plastic-clips, just
pry them loose (downwards).
Then remove the red lens at the rear end, pry it outwards.
In the well with the door-opener you will find a plastic clip which comes
loose by twisting it a quarter turn.
If you have power windows (I assume that) pry gently loose the
control panel. After that you can remove the whole trim surrounding
the door-opener/control panel.
Iīll also assume that the speaker grille is removed....
OK, thatīs it. Just lift the door panel to remove it.
And regarding the dash grilles. Facing you is a cover which makes
up a part of the grille. GENTLY !! bend it upwards using a small
screwdriver. Insert that screwdriver in the small crack between the
cover part and the grille part.
Underneath you will find two plastic clips of yet another construction..
Pry up the center part of those clips and then the whole clips.
OK, remove the grille.
( Hope you understand, itīs hard to explain these thing when youīre
not really familliar with the language)
