A few things to check for the od not working... The relay is probably
the easiest to check (requires the least amount of poking and prodding..)
There's also the 4th gear switch... I'm not positive how this works on the
automatic transmissions, but they have to have something that prevents it
from engaging in anything but top gear.. And the last is the wiring harness
that goes from the switch in the shifter through the hole in the transmission
hump and to the transmission. There is lots of heat and vibration in this
area, so the insulation wears as well as the wire (the wire may also
break on the inside, making a visual inspection less than reliable...)
