They sell a "promoter pen" which helps these kits stick to "low surface-energy plastics"

Apparently 3M came up with this to help their adhesives stick to the new non-ABS types of plastics. I'm not sure what type of plactic the trimable pieces of the Volvo are, but this is interesting info regardless.

Does anyone know what type of plastic is used in Volvo trim?
