My '95 850 had the same problem. The HL wiper arm is on a spline, lift the cover on the nut where the arm connects to the shaft, carefully loosen it, pull the arm off the spline, rotate to the desired position then re-intsall. Be sure to hold the wiper arm while removing and re-installing the nut so as not to damage the assembly. Also, be sure you test the wiper for possible interference with the stop.
This seems to be a common feature, about 20% of the 850s I've seen have this on the right wiper.. Any comments?
