AC unit - reading 200 1987

Hi All,

I need your help.

I am trying to find out the cause for AC malfunction on my brother's Toyota truck.

I am getting 100 psi on both high and low side. With the load, 2000 rpm, the pressure remains the same. It's around 80 degree in Maryland. Based on my research, it sounds like the AC compressor is not working. I can't visually verify whether the compressor clutch is working or not.

Am I on the right track?

Thank you as always.
