Blower motor questions 200 1993

Well, just to round out the experiences with this, I did my motor replacement without pulling the dash out 15 or so years ago. As fate would have it, my motor failed about 6 weeks after I pulled the dash to do a heater core replacement. Pulling the dash again that soon was just not going to happen. A bit like being asked when I'd run another marathon as I was cooling down from running a marathon. Answer? No time soon and probably never.

What did I learn? Well, I don't think it's any more of a pain in the ass to do it leaving the dash in. It's just a pain in a different part of your ass.

I've since ditched the entire Volvo HVAC "box" and replaced with aftermarket.
