My auxiliary air valve is not closing completely. Still can compensate with the air screw, but wondering if anyone has come up with an alternate for this. Guess I could block off the coolant port and rig some sort of cable-controlled air shutter. But that would require a bit of post-startup fiddling around with every cold start.
My unit is relatively new, mileage wise. Don't suppose there's any maintenance that can be done of these to get them back to operating properly, e.g. full closure.
