Quick follow-up. My search yielded nothing as far as replacements. My solution was to strip the old rubber off of the metal plates using heat, a putty knife and wire wheels. After stripping & treating the rust I recovered the sill plates with ribbed vinyl shop floor runner I found in a bulk roll at Home Depot. Glued it on using Weldwood heavy duty contact cement. Turned out pretty good; not as nice as OEM but a boatload better than the cracked up & split rubber with rust popping through that I used to have.
