M40 to M41 Overdrive Conversion Project 120-130

I have an M41 with Type D overdrive salvaged from 64 P1800 parts car that I want to service/rebuild and install in my 66 122S with stock B18.

I recall a web article about M40-M41/OD conversion process, but can't find it!

I yanked everything from engine to rear end:
Bell housing
M41 transmission (with Lucas reverse and 4th gear switches)
Transmission rear mount w/cross member
Laycock Type D OD (with white/purple wire to solenoid)
entire P1800 drive line

What other main parts do I need besides relay and switch (and time and $$$)?

Can the turn signal stalk "headlight flasher" switch work for OD on/off switch?
What did P1800 use for on/off?

Will stock 122 M40 trans cover fit on M41 case (to retain top shifter)?
If so, how would I install 4th gear/OD switch?

Where's the write up or who's done this type conversion?

Thanks
