wiper motor operation 120-130

Geof;

"if i nudge them a little, they complete the cycle" ...was wiper switch ON or OFF during this, (and cycle completion was with motor being powered by Parkswitch?)...if OFF, it sounds like possibly an intermittent issue with the Parkswitch...but the fact that it is somehow linked to the drivers side wiper is pretty tough to explain...

Did you have the entire assembly including the segment gearboxes out, or just the motor assembly? Is there any other sign that mechanism is binding or jamming?

Is wiper motion very slow indicating a low voltage on motor condition?

Are you saying that without the wiper arms attached, the wiper posts move normally???

Maybe you can describe in more detail the conditions of malfunction...

Please state also motor and mechanism type....you can find some info on identifying hardware here: http://www.sw-em.com/Windshield%20Wiper%20Systems.htm

Good Hunting
