Weber 45 DCOE Jetting help!! 120-130

Hi I am putting a pair of 45 DCOE Webers on my Amazon and need a bit of help to Get a rough idea on jetting and choke sizes before I take it to the dyno for a proper tune. They are going on a B20 with a 2.1 stroker kit, B20F head with mild porting, 4-2-1 manifold and gasket matched manifolds and Isky VV81 cam.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers Winnee.

What chokes, aux venturis, emulsion tubes, jets, etc. do your carbs have in them now? These pieces are expensive, so if you have something close to being right, we can easily work around what you have now.

What are you using for ram tubes?

B20F head with mild porting, 4-2-1 manifold and gasket matched manifolds and Isky VV81 cam

Do you have flow figures for your head, or pictures or a description?

I really hope that the exhaust ports ARE NOT opened up to the gasket size, that really hurts them badly. Open up the headers to the size of the gasket & this will help prevent reversion & helps a lot with botom end torque (2000-3000rpms).

if they're new and have the default brass in them, that's close enough to try. I think they come with:

    36mm chokes
    55F8 idle
    F16 e-tubes
    160 main
    190 air corrector (not sure)

You can probably up the choke size with as much cam as you have to 38mm. In that case, add 10 to the main and air numbers.

Wow. I wish I had your problem. ;-)

I can't help. Try contacting John Parker at Vintage Performance Developments.
