V70 2005 PEM di electric grease V70-XC70

Hey Dennis, yes I did that too after I douched it out with electrical contact cleaner.

The car still won't start. I am very new to the V70s. Lots of B230 experience this vehicle is new to me.

No change after cleaning and dielectric grease. No pressure at the rail.

Do you know how I can tell if the fuel pump is even turning on or not ?

Or way to jumper the PEM out of the equation and apply +12 VDC to the pump to see if the module itself has gone bad ?

It may be the pump itself that has finally shit the bed. Fuse #4 is good. I just pulled it and checked it.

And I want to check the fuel filter to see if it is clogged or not. It's also a possibility.

Can you guys tell me how to verify the fuel pump is turning on or not ?

Thanks you in advance for your help. Rich
