No Fuel Pressure At the Injector Rack V70-XC70 2004

Before we talk fuel have you ruled out an electrical problem? Have you tested for spark at the plugs?

I would start with the FPR. Much, much cheaper than the fuel pump. If your fuel pressure regulator is totally dead the car won’t start. Did you test for fuel pressure at the rail?

Those Bosch fuel pumps are pretty hearty beasts so I doubt it is the fuel pump unless it is a very high mileage car. Can you hear it turning on after the relay clicks? My 850’s pump was still going at 250k+ and my 240’s main pump was still going at 300k+ when I sold the those cars.

I’m totally guessing here, but I imagine all the 2.4, 5 cylinder cars use the same location for their fuel filters. My 850’s fuel filter was near the passenger rear wheel well.
