i've been told i need the oil pan from a d24 if i don't want to notch the engine crossmember. do i need to change the oil pickup? do i need a 200 series diesel specific tranny crossmember for the m46 or does the 200 series gasser m46 crossmember fit properly? is the engine crossmember special or different for the diesel 200? i know i need to source the diesel 200 series fuel tank. tia -philip -- my car: www.volvobertonesolutions.com http://www.brickboard.com/RWD/?id=1341198&rss=1 Wed, 1 Apr 2009 14:00 GMT since i've been doing the veggie diesel thing for almost 2 years now with a benz, my plans have changed for my bertone. free fuel is addictive. i was about half finished doing a converse conversion on my 81 bertone and i've decided to go veggie hotrod. i need a running d24t with manual tranny bellhousing and preferably the tranny too. i also need a 200 series diesel tank and accesories plus the engine wiring to firewall for the d24t. i have a mustang 5.0 with t5 and engine computer that ran when i pulled it. the power steering pump is missing. i've got the 200 series converse kit, and poly motor mounts for the 5.0. location: san marcos, tx i would prefer to swap with someone in texas if possible. anyone interested?
