[RWD] [900] [1993] Temp Gauge Hot on Cold Start -posted by- 960inberkeley

My 93 960 wagon reads hot when I start my car on a cold start. It doesn't reach the red area but it stays there and my radiator fan comes on and stays on during the whole time that I'm driving. What are some of the possible solutions to fix this?
