The arrow on the dash flashes too. I wire brushed the bulb contacts and replaced all the bulbs and it didn't help. Is it time for a new bulb socket board? I got out the tap set then re-thought the idea and decided against it. I didn't want to drill and tap due to fear of making the sleeve too thin. They were barely holding so I decided to take the spoiler off and get new brackets from the dealer. The 2 screws on each side are badly rusted and the heads are totally stripped AND they are super tight. Do I NEED to use these brackets or is 3M double sided tape good enough? I need to replace the same part on my yellow 95 T5-R and when I called to get a price the guy asked what colour the car is so I would assume the bumper cover comes painted. For that price, it should include the fog lights too....but it doesn't. $400 seems like a good price to me. After all the bumper is somewhat rare and finding a used one is tough as most of these cars in the scrap yards have front end damage. A few months later, the clutch went again and was replaced again. Now a few weeks later, I'm hearing the same sound again. It sounds like it's coming from the lower dash area near the ash tray and stick shift and gets louder and then gets more quiet as gas pedal is pressed and released.
